This is a reminder that our FAFSA Night for Seniors is quickly approaching. We strongly encourage you to attend with your parents/guardians to get the FAFSA filled out. Reminder you MUST create your FSA ID at least 5 days prior and you need to register for the event.

Thank you to WVU for hosting our students for the WV College Fair today!
Students were able to explore WV area colleges and programs available to them and were given a campus tour of WVU including lunch at Cafe Evansdale.


With Veteran's Day approaching, GHS hosted an assembly today in honor of the upcoming holiday. In addition to music provided by the band and a Tribute to the Veterans video, we were blessed to have four members of the Honor Guard join us. They shared information about their service and explained the flag folding ceremony.

It's the perfect, Grafton Bearcat Soccer, day to share a SHOUT OUT to Connor Abraham!
Connor is a current, senior GHS Soccer player and is completing a remote Student Internship through a partnership with Mountain Leverage. Connor utilizes and learns additional graphic design skills to create infographics, slide presentations, social media images, and more. Jennifer Watkins, Communications Coordinator at Mountain Leverage, directly oversees and initiates Connor's projects and training. Thank you to Jennifer, Alex Reneman, and Heather Hudson for bringing this internship opportunity to fruition.
Connor additionally logs his hours in the Classroom2Career On-the-Job Training Apprenticeship Program. Connor will graduate in May 2025 as a dual completer in Coding, App, & Game Design and Information Management.
