The Hispanic Honor Society would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who purchased raffle tickets to support our fundraiser. Thanks to your generosity, along with the incredible monetary donations from Mrs. Ann Jane Shrive and Mrs. Jennifer Biller, we were able to raise $1,000 to send to the Anthony Love Legacy Foundation in Sra. Skaggs’ hometown in Venezuela.
The funds will be used to purchase Christmas gifts for children in need, bringing joy and hope to their holiday season. 🎁✨

Grafton High School music students were treated to a performance by the Glenville State University Brass and Percussion Ensembles and the High Street Brass Band. Some of the band students and Mr. Rucker were able to play on a Jewel Marimba, one of only 13 that exist in the entire world!
GHS Band Alumn Jonah Rucker is a member of the ensemble and treated the group to a performance on the flugelhorn accompanied by the GSU Brass Ensemble!

Mrs. Wininger's science classes were busy this week.
Anatomy classes completed a play dough dissection lab on anatomical terminology and direction. Biology classes completed one lesson on observation, teamwork, collaboration, and handling live specimens. They also did a water tower challenge.

Mrs. Watkins' physical science classes participated in a lab on distance versus displacement today. This is a culminating lab that she has been setting up for days with mini activities teaching and practicing prerequisite skills.
