Digital Imaging Year 1 students completed the YouTube "How to Make a Solar Eclipse in Photoshop" tutorial. Students worked with importing a pattern, creating multiple layers, added outer and inner glow effects, a layer mask, and lens flare.
Their work is out of this world!

Reminder to Juniors and Seniors- Prom tickets are now available for purchase. You have until next Wednesday to purchase your tickets if you would like to attend the 2024 prom. They are $40 each (includes dinner and dance). You are not permitted to sign up for your table until you purchase your ticket.

WVJC is offering a free virtual Nursing workshop to Juniors and Seniors.
These interactive 30 minute zoom presentations will cover a wealth of valuable information about our Nursing programs at WVJC including campus vs online options, admissions requirements, hospital partnerships & tuition reimbursement programs, and scholarship opportunities.

ATTENTION GHS JUNIORS AND SENIORS - Prom Tickets go on sale tomorrow and will be available for purchase until next Wednesday, April 17th. Tickets will be sold during both lunches each day outside of the cafeteria.
You cannot sign up for a table for prom until your ticket is purchased. Tickets can be purchased in person using cash or check or through online using the QR code or at the link https://osp.osmsinc.com/p/EC502-59 (you cannot purchase tickets on the link until tomorrow)
Tickets are $40 each. This includes a formal dinner and admission to the dance. Prom is from 6-10 pm at Bridgeport Conference Center on Saturday, April 27th, 2024. If you need financial assistance with a ticket, please come see Mrs. Himes or Mrs. Eskridge.


This is a reminder that there is an application process for the opportunities on the list. If you wish to do one of these programs or options, you must see your counselor to discuss the application process.

Calling all current 9th and 10th grade students!
The deadline for 9th and 10th grade students to submit Part II of the application for GCSI is Monday, April 15, 2024. This amazing opportunity is FREE for students and takes place on the WVU campus during June 16-22, 2024. The only cost to parents is transportation to and from WVU.
