Libraries are a staple in strong communities. Support our school libraries and the work they do to with our students as they assist in developing reading and research skills. Share a favorite book or learn more together using the various resources school libraries offer.


Taylor County Schools will have a Non-Traditional Instructional Day (NTID) tomorrow, Friday, April 21 due to transportation issues. Staff are to report on a 2 hour delay.

We are currently experiencing an issue with the Microsoft Office 365 Online platform. This is a statewide issue. They are working on it.

On Sunday, April 23rd, Grafton FBLA will be hosting a vendor/craft show at Anna Jarvis Elementary from 10 am to 4 pm. Come out and support your GHS FBLA and see the great things the craft show has to offer!


Ready, Read, Write, West Virginia is an initiative created by the West Virginia Department of Education to increase literacy proficiency for all students. April 6th is a Professional Learning day- Staff Attendance only.


Upon visiting any Taylor County School, guests are required to enter a secure area for further identification before being granted any access to the interior part of the school building. Flemington Elementary will be closing at 9:00 a.m. today, March 27, 2023 due to issues from storms over the weekend.
