Attention Taylor County mountain bikers. If you are interested in joining the Taylor County Composite mountain biking team, we will have a skills assessment on Saturday May 13 at 9am. The team is open to school age kids in grades 6-12. This includes home schooled kids!! We will be meeting at the Taylor County Middle School football field. Bring your bikes, a helmet and some water. Helmets are a must! All kids ride!(As long as you have a helmet!!)

TCMS has another amazing accomplishment lead by our 8th grade students! Our Spring Fling Princesses and Escorts raised $21,816 to provide Christmas for TCMS students in need. Our Queen, Kenzie Persinger, lead the group in fundraising! This night could not have been such a success without our students, parents, and teachers! It was an amazing way to celebrate our 8th graders and all their successes they have had throughout their years as a Knight!

Mrs. Reed's 6th grade Math Class worked on ratios with a fun lab using goldfish today! TCMS students are the smartest fish in the sea!
Libraries are a staple in strong communities. Support our school libraries and the work they do to with our students as they assist in developing reading and research skills. Share a favorite book or learn more together using the various resources school libraries offer.
TCMS had the wonderful opportunity to leave the hill today to go and watch the Beauty & the Beast production at GHS. The students had a great time! Thank you GHS for hosting us, GHS Theater for putting on a wonderful performance, our transportation department for getting us off the hill and back again, and our students for their great behavior! Another great day on the hill!
