West Taylor Elementary PTO Fall Bash 12-4 today November 4th! We are also doing a non perishable food drive for More Grace Outreach as well! Come on out and bring some canned food to help out local families in need!
Don’t forget to bring your non-perishable donation and come out to West Taylor for some family fun. All games and the corn maze will be FREE. We will have concessions and bake sale items available for purchase as well as the opportunity to vote on our amazing Scarecrows created by our West Taylor families. Penny a vote!

Bus Announcement: Bus # 73 will not run today, Friday, Nov. 3. Middle School and High School students who normally ride that bus will be transported home on Bus # 24 or #25. Flemington students from that bus will be transported by Bus #79.

Fun Tip Friday for Families
One way to improve your child’s literacy skills is to link what is read in the book with real life. For example, if you read a book about the park, take your child to the park and point out the slides, swing sets, etc., that were seen in the book. Thank you to the Grafton City and Boothsville Fire Departments for coming to talk to WTES students about fire safety! The kids enjoyed getting to see and tour the trucks, and they enjoyed going in the fire house. Also, a big thank you for the gifts you brought them!

This week we raise $3,369.18! Coming in first place was Mrs. Kirkpatrick’s First Grade class. They will receive a pizza party! But in the end everyone is a winner in our books! This money will be used for our school (field trips, classroom needs, rewards, Memorial Day parade shirts, Fun Day, and etc.) THANK YOU!
